Agreement to terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MHO Hotels regarding your use of our website, mobile experiences, MHO Rewards program, and related services. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Hotels in our network may be independently owned and operated. On-property services are also subject to the hotel’s house rules, registration card terms, and local law.

MHO Rewards membership

MHO Rewards is a free loyalty program offering member benefits such as discounted direct-booking rates when your profile is complete and your account is active.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your profile current. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Member discounts, offers, and program rules may change. Benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated.

Reservations and hotel stays

When you book through our website or reservation partners, you agree to pay all charges, taxes, and fees disclosed at checkout. Rates and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Cancellation, deposit, and no-show policies vary by property and rate plan. Review the specific terms shown during booking and on your confirmation.

You are responsible for damage to hotel property caused by you or your guests, subject to applicable law and the property’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Scrape, copy, or misuse content without permission
• Interfere with website security or performance
• Provide false information when booking or registering

Marketing communications

By opting in to marketing email or SMS, you authorize MHO Hotels to send promotional messages as described at the time of consent and in our Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings, an unsubscribe link in email, replying STOP to SMS, or contacting us. Transactional messages about reservations or account security may still be sent as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The MHO Hotels name, logos, website content, photographs, and software are owned by MHO Hotels or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks without written permission.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Hotel amenities, hours, and services may change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MHO Hotels and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or a hotel stay.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us for the reservation giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), except where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MHO Hotels from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.

Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
